Balancing and compensating elements

Balancing and compensating elements are used for the construction of the transducers. They insure temperature compensating and adjusting of the metrology parameters of the transducers.

Adjustable nickel foil resistor is used for the temperature compensation of the sensitivity of the transducers. TK of the resistance is 0,47%/°C at 20°C. Maximum resistance value is 60Ω. Adjustable range consists of 10 stages: 31Ω, 14Ω, 7Ω, 4.3Ω, 2.0Ω, 1.1Ω, 0.5Ω, 0.3Ω, 0.19Ω, 0.1Ω. Maximum permissible supply current is 40 mA. Dimensions are 10x9.5 mm.

Adjustable nickel foil double resistor is used for the temperature compensation of the zero point of the transducers.. TK of the resistance is 0,47%/°C at 20°C. Maximum resistance value is 2x1.3Ω. Adjustable range consists of 6 stages: 0.27Ω, 0.21Ω, 0.15Ω, 0.09Ω, 0.045Ω, 0.032Ω. Maximum permissible supply current is 50 mA. Dimensions are 12.2x11.7 mm.

Adjustable foil double resistor is used for the zero point balancing of the strain gauge bridge of the transducers. Maximum resistance of adjusting stage is 4.5Ω, minimum resistance of adjusting stage is 0.05Ω. Maximum permissible supply current is 50 mA. Dimensions are 15x10 mm.

Adjustable foil resistor is used for the sensitivity adjustment of the transducers. Adjustable range consists of 15 stages. Maximum resistance of adjusting stage is 23Ω, minimum resistance of adjusting stage is 0.2Ω. Maximum permissible supply current is 50 mA. Dimensions are 5.5x12 mm.
